? Mentor and coach a team of Outside Kitchen Design Consultants to exceed sales goals by; Conducting regular team meetings, recognizing outstanding performers and mentor those who are not delivering required targets

? Develop recommendations for organizational and process improvements to ensure efficient selling practices

? Work with recruiting to screen and hire new team-members

YOUR CREDENTIALS:

• 2-3 years of experience working in in-home sales
• Prior experience managing a field sales team
• Outstanding communication skills
• Overcome objections effectively
• Strong problem solving skills
• High sense of integrity and trustworthiness.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• You can be detail-oriented, without losing the bigger picture.
• You’re an excellent analytical and critical thinker, but aren’t afraid to ask questions.
• You believe in the power of fearless feedback. You welcome and can receive constructive criticism with humility, as well as have the courage to respectfully offer the same in return. You take ownership and learn from your mistakes.
