Caroline Castigliano is an award-winning luxury bridal and evening wear designer with a flagship store in Knightsbridge, London, established for 32 years.
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving business within the Knightsbridge flagship store. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales revenue growth, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage, coach, motivate and develop the sales team.
? Host bespoke client appointments.
? Ensure the highest levels of customer service is delivered at all times.
? Build strong client relationships to increase loyalty and referrals.
? Develop and maintain sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
? Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
? Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns for the store, partner and network with concierges and other local luxury businesses to help create awareness - run in store client & friends events to drive loyalty and awareness.
? Oversee our CRM system.
? Be a Brand Ambassador
? Become a Castigliano expert on styles, fabrics, craftsmanship & competitors.
? Liaise with our production studio to ensure timely delivery of all products.
Key Requirements:
? Recognised degree or equivalent in fashion, textiles or similar.
? Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary and Benefits
? Basic up to £50,000 per annum
? Personal Commission Scheme + Quarterly bonus for store sales budget achievement.
? Annual bonus of for store sales budget achievement.
? OTE approx £80k
? Pension: Employer contribution of 3%
? Working five days a week including most Saturdays
? 20 days a year holiday (plus bank holidays). One additional day off for every completed calendar year up to 5 years
