A leading Bakery Products Company has great opportunity for an experienced, Durban based, Sales Manager.

The role being to pprovide strong leadership skills & sales strategy to continuously grow sales in the KZN region.

?The requirements and skills required for this position are.

> 10+ years’ experience in a relevant Sales Management & Accounts position/s

> have extensive experience in the management of key customer relationships & general sales operations

> 8+ years’ experience in the Bakery/Deli channel will be a distinct advantage

> a bachelor’s degree in business ~ an MBA would be ideal

> must possess excellent communication s& leadership skills

> a proven track record in managing large sales teams

> strong negotiation and presentation skills
