I love Nick Sabans coaching style. But his winning style would not be nearly as effective if he just grabbed all his players from a standard campus population. Sabans methods work because he starts with players that already have some natural athletic skill. Works similarly in sales. Start with those who have some natural ability to connect. Sales is not an activity profession. Professional Sales people simply can and will do the things that Salespersons simply don't do, won't do, or dont know how to do.
