Sales leaders: are you helping your team to focus on priority actions?

I love May. 5 weeks not 4. It’s where we really dive into business in Australia. For me its May to November that is my season. New opportunities emerge, existing ones grow and then it’s all about delivery. Needless to say, it’s busy.

How is your team travelling? Are they meeting with enough of the right opportunities? Activity will usually sort out a low pipeline, and will expedite technique (so long as there is iteration ??)

Sales leaders: are you helping your team to focus on priority actions? Asking them questions that will elicit a clarifying answer is WAAAYYY more powerful than telling them. Telling isn’t coaching. When someone hears their own words, there is a greater sense of ownership and it’s hard to drive accountability without ownership.
