“Market is going DOWN, cost of doing business is GOING UP but REVENUE IS NOT INCREASING IN THE SAME PROPORTION”
That’s the statement I get to hear from most of my clients during the very first coaching session.
And when I ask them - In last 12 months, what new skills have you learned to improve your business? Almost 99% of the business owners reply - "I don't have time for that!!". Revenue growth is the biggest challenge and THAT IS GIVING ME A LOT OF STRESS!!!
And their story continues - "As a result, I don’t spend quality time with my family. I keep worrying about my business. I start believing that stress grows with business and is a part of life for businessmen."
But is this really true?
NOPE!! Not at all. I always tell my clients that, your business is a reflection of your own self.
I strongly believe that the biggest success factor for any business is the “TRUST AND RELATIONSHIP”.
So how do these 2 factors, that seems completely unrelated at first glance, impact a business?
Here is what I tell them - Lack of trust leads to micro managing your teams, especially sales team. The team becomes frustrated and mutual trust is low. The treatment of employer is forwarded to the customer resulting in low customer trust. Sensing trouble, sales teams start offering discounts but there is no assurance of making any sale.
Small changes in operations can give big and instant results. Many business owners follow this approach and grow rapidly. When revenue growth is guaranteed, you will experience lower stress levels and more quality time available. You will gradually move from limited mindset to attract ABUNDANCE in life.
