Everyone practices what competitor does or thinks in the same medium. If the organization strategy touches little amount of success, then it strains to do more or if it fails the blame goes on the brand.

- Buyer trend, profile and behavior of the customer
Inside factors
- Availability of resources
- Budgets
- Capability of skill-sets
Sales forecast = (Demand in the market) x (Goodwill of your product) x (Leads through your activities)
