We are seeking candidates across multiple locations, including Chicago, Cincinnati, Denver, Louisville, Madison, and Toronto, with global opportunities for strategic accounts.

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships within the IT staffing, digital, and infrastructure space. Your focus will be on building and nurturing customer relationships, developing a successful book of business, and contributing to the company's strategic goals. This role is perfect for a self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in direct staffing and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of staffing solutions.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and relationships.
  • Conduct qualification calls to gather job requirements and cultural fit for accurate matches.
  • Utilize CRM (Bullhorn) to track sales activity, manage accounts, and document key information.
  • Actively prospect, network, and build relationships with potential customers and partners.
  • Meet weekly sales activity and revenue growth targets.
  • Participate in industry events and organizations to expand business opportunities.
  • Regularly communicate with management and internal teams to prioritize client needs and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on IT staffing or technical staffing.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of IT staffing and technical recruiting processes (engineering staffing experience also considered).

  • Strong sales background with a focus on service-oriented industries.
  • Expertise in IT staffing or technical recruiting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
