Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director with a proven ability to deliver growth through strategic sales leadership, innovative market expansion, and operational excellence. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive both short-term performance and long-term scalability across Tunisia, Algeria, and broader African markets. This role involves managing budgets, business forecasting, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize sales operations and align with organizational goals.
As part of the lead team, this position reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the production, supply chain, and quality teams within the framework of Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes. The market is characterized by proximity to family-owned businesses, where strong relationships, frequent on- site presence, technical credibility, and effective networking are essential. Additionally, the market has limited visibility and evolves rapidly, requiring constant adaptation and market intelligence to stay ahead of international competition.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
·?????? University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, “Engineering” will be a plus
·?????? 10 years’ experience in sales management & development (Industrial sector obligatory)
·?????? Strong field acumen

·?????? Strong team member with excellent communications skills
·?????? Broad competence in Sales & Operations
