We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. The sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our sales team to achieve their goals by providing administrative assistance, managing customer accounts, generating reports, and coordinating sales activities.?
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and correspondence. Maintain accurate and up to-date sales records, databases, and customer files and support in hiring of the sales teams.?
- Sales Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient flow of information. Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the sales team when necessary.?
- Order Processing: Assist with order processing and fulfillment by verifying order details, coordinating with the production team, and tracking order progress. Ensure timely delivery and resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.?
- Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing customer concerns or complaints. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing customers.?
- Sales Support: Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and customer acquisition efforts and convert sales to increase revenue as part?of?KPI. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.?
- Sales Data Analysis: Compile and analyze sales data, including sales figures, market trends, and customer feedback. Generate sales performance reports and provide insights to the sales team to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.?
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication, alignment, and coordination of sales activities. Provide assistance in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed.?
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, marketing, or a related field.??
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) and CRM software.??
- Proven experience as sales coordinator or similar role, with a track record of supporting sales teams and achieving sales targets.??
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.??
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.??
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.??
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.?
