“The Last stretch to Yes “ – in sales process the most important step is “Sales/deal closing “, in the end , how you handle the last lap decides the deal . be authentic. Be transparent. Be confident , The job is not done till either you gain the commitment or sign the deal with the customer   .Many a times we fail as one of the difficulties of the act of closing is that it  is intrusive by nature , there is a fear , fear of rejection. Antidote of such fear is preparation , be prepared , closing a deal is delicate and gives immense satisfaction . The best sales person see themselves as a consultants who can advise their client/customer  and bring team together to create a solution, Happy selling, sell like hell.
