→ Demos should be personalized to problems to be solved & goals to be achieved

→ Address objections before they arise using 'If' questions to isolate uncertainty

→ 'If' questions unlock the power of 'safety in the hypothetical' to get to hidden truth


8. Objection Mirrors and Labels

→ Reflect objections back to buyers using 'mirrors' to let buyers resolve them

→ 'Label' feelings of uncertainty to uncover unsatisfied human needs


9. Next Steps

→ Discuss buyers 3 options openly (1. do nothing 2. shop around 3. get started with your solution)

→ Agree scheduled follow through meetings instead of random follow up chasing!
