The spotlight is on sales. The importance of sales has increased amid pandemic because the only way now to increase revenue or business will be based on how strong relationship the sales people have with their clients.
This will also be a litmus test for sales champs given the harsh fact of Covid-19. Years of their hard work will have it’s fruits now if at all.
Sales people are the ray of hope. There are three key elements in sales. Relationship, Relationship & Relationship; which will be tested now.
Sales is a passion which requires hardcore consistency to remain in the battlefield; Whatever it takes. It needs people who are resilient enough to cope with the strains. It is a science which teaches you to understand and learn people behaviours.
Over the past few decades there has been an explosion of scientific research on how our brains make choices and which factors influence what we decide to buy.
One should be able to read buyer’s mind on the spot. The more quicker you understand, the more prone you are in having productive & life-long relationships.
Besides, people who are unique & leave impressions have more tendency to close deals. As we say, Uniqueness sells on it’s own.Times have changed. One needs to be out of the ordinary to be able to dominate. Normal is out of fashion nowadays. Be a Multi-tasker. They will have more say in future.
I wish great luck to all my sales colleagues out there. LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN !!
