Join a leading fashion lifestyle clothing supplier based in London who are seeking a self-motivated individual to support their account management team and help them grow in the fashion industry.

?

Key Duties:

Data input ?

Logistics (communicating with warehouses, processing pick tickets, managing all orders on inhouse systems

Liaise for dispatching goods from relevant warehouses and ensuring correct products are delivered, generate and maintain worksheets detailing daily movements)?

Setting up new retail accounts?

Resolving client queries on an adhoc basis (credit notes, stock orders) in support of the account Manager?

Supporting Account Manager in sales activity (sending emails, fact finding) .

?

MUST HAVE TO BE SHORTLISTED :

Prior and recent office sales administration experience in fashion head office or supply

Logistics knowledge / Critical Path Knowledge

IT proficiency

Data entry expertise

Excellent English communication( written and verbal )

London-based with daily commute convenience

Team player with the ability to work autonomously

Organized with an interest in sports

Eligible to work in the UK for 5 years and London based
