ABOUT THE POSITION ?
The Sales Administration role at Moog Europe is a support function for the European Sales team, directly working with the Account Managers and Logistics Manager based in the Berlin office. Sales Administration works closely with the Germany-based Operations team both in the Berlin office and in our Langenau warehouse, as well as with their counterparts in the USA. The role reports to the Managing Director of Moog Europe GmbH.
?The primary function of Sales Administration is to manage the order-to-shipment process at Moog Europe. This includes order entry and maintenance, scheduling of goods to shipments, and both internal and external communications. The role will help determine commercial priorities of sales orders and provide order information to the sales group. The Sales Administrator is the primary Sales contact for Moog Europe’s Operations team, as well as USA-based sales support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
?·Scheduling goods for customer shipments based on demand in our system and supply of available goods on hand and inbound to Moog Europe.
·Internal order processing, entry, and maintenance.
·Processing and delivering customer order confirmations, delivery scheduling and other related communications.
·Managing internal sales communications and platforms and serving as the primary European Sales contact for the European Operations team and American Sales Support team.
·Maintaining sales related reporting, databases, contacts, price lists, etc.
·Driving continual improvement with process and tools for sales administration in order to optimize our systems and scale with demand.?

QUALIFICATIONS ?
?·Strong English and German language proficiency.?
·Legal work status in Germany.
·Valid German driver’s license.?
·Excellent organizational skills.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·Strong familiarity with computers and computer systems.
·Strong proficiency in Excel.
·Passion for process management and improvement.
