What has been your biggest challenge so far?

During my tenure at SCHNEEBERGER, I've encountered many exciting challenges, each offering valuable lessons. Among them, the standout was transitioning into a new field upon my arrival, which required an extensive learning curve coming from a different professional background.

What do you do on a daily basis at SCHNEEBERGER?

My daily activities primarily revolve around overseeing logistics, ensuring smooth transitions from our factories to our valued customers, and managing invoicing procedures. Additionally, as a dedicated customer service representative, I handle order confirmations, promptly address inquiries, and collaborate with our area sales managers as needed.

What does the first hour of your workday look like?

My workday starts with a cup of espresso and a glance at our office orchids (we have quite a few plants!). Then, I dive into my emails and go over my list of pending tasks, organizing my workflow for the day ahead.
