Sale - TODAY ONLY - My "How To Rank And Rent Websites" Training
Here's a question for you...
How many website do you think that you need to build and rent out to have $1 million per year coming in?
The answer is "surprisingly few." Well, it's 100!
I personally build, rank and then rent out lead generation websites for an average of $1000 per month, and if they pay for a full year up front, which most of my clients do, I only charge them for 10 months. So, it's 10k per site per year.
10k per year X 100 clients = a cool 1Mil :-)
To many of my clients, who were previously driving traffic primarily via pay-per-click, that's a real bargain.
Of course you need to go for the right client... those whose customers have a high lifetime value.
Who those client are, and how you land them is one of the things that I teach in my "How To Rank And Rent Websites" course. I may need to change the name of that training in the future though because one of my tactics is to rent a website BEFORE I even build it. That actually makes building AND ranking the website EASIER... since I can incorporate more of the things that Google likes right from the start!
In the latest version of my training, which is scheduled to launch on Thursday, June 20th I teach what factors Google gives the most weigh to when ranking anWebsite.
And... "YES" I did include factors revealed in the recently "Leaked Doc!" The training is THAT current.
If you are familiar with the previous version of my training, I also teach a slightly different philosophy. Before, I taught that once you rank and rent a website, most customers would stick around for a long time, since they know that you can simply turn around and rent that site to one of their leading competitors.
That's still true, but I now really believe that you should view the relationship as more of a partnership. If you put your client's interests first and really deliver tremendous VALUE, they will treasure working with you and never want to leave BECAUSE they would realize that your level of service is difficult to replace.
In my training I share that I've learned that the very easiest way to land A client is to network and form a real relationship with them.
It's a well-known fact that people prefer buying from people that they know, like and trust. They get to know, like, and trust you via interacting with you. That can take a little time, but it's not difficult.

In a recent interview with Dan Morris, creator of BC Stack, I mentioned to him that I was surprised that virtually all of the people purchasing some of my higher-ticket items were people I had known for a while... some of them for YEARS! These people not only buy my higher priced stuff, they are also my REPEAT buyers!
Dan, being a seasoned and very knowledgeable marketer, wasn't surprised at all!
So, I teach you how to reach your ideal clients in my training, and networking with them is only one of many ways!
If you apply what I teach you, ending up with 100 clients, each paying you 10k per year, is certainly doable. It's not alway easy, but to me, it's actually FUN. Then again, I've been an entrepreneur since I was a small child, and I'm now 65. My first "real business" was a mail order business that I started when I was 14! My local postmaster got a kick out of this teenager with a bulk mailing permit lugging in box after box of presorted mailing pieces.
While you may not be the seasoned sales person that I am, if you're teachable, I'm committed to making you a success at ranking and renting websites.
As I said, my completely updated "How To Rank And Rent Websites" training relaunches tomorrow, June 20th. However, if you are decisive, and register today, you can get into the training for LESS THAN HALF of what the tuition will be starting tomorrow.

I'm actually still doing some last-minute tidying up, much like my wife does when a guest is coming over, so it may be tomorrow morning before I let you in...but you will have saved more than half!
I look forward to working with you.
