Sale of Rathcoffey Farm proved that Agricultural Land values remained strong in 2020.

Sherry FitzGerald Country Homes were delighted that the sale of Rathcoffey Castle and Farm completed. With approx. 224 acres of quality lands in the heart of County Kildare the interest was very strong and saw multiple bidding parties. This was not a surprise as many farms saw the same levels of interest which led to high prices being achieved across the country. In 2020 there was a lack of larger, good quality land holdings brought to the open market and this would have been a big factor for prices remaining stable.
