Sale: Customer's Point of View
We all read a lot about sales technique and how to convince customer but as IT evolve so there is a lot change happen in sales approach and sales technique.
According to me now organization did not required sales person as people do not want to meet with sales person. As a customer i did not want to spend my time with a sales person who will try to sale something to me instead of educate me with the reverent information so that i can come to a decision.
We all know that for the good sales approach first we need to do the requirement forecasting and understand the need after that we can approach for the sales but the mail difficulty is with the forecasting. As a sales person if i start to ask may question before providing any information the customer feels uneasy and sometime people are not comfortable with providing the information.
So what are the solutions for this situation? According to me that instead of being a sales person one need to become the consultant Sales work only on one thing "Trust" if one is able to create the trust worthy relationship with the customer then he has completed the 90% of the sales cycle.
So According to me the 4 point is the key for perfect sales,
1. Proper Information
2. Create trust
3. Build relationship
4. Deliver value
