1995 RESORATION DETAILS:

Installed Pratt and Whitney R-985 Engine and Hamilton Standard 2D30-61A. Outboard wing panels to facilitate repair to center section (337), Removed rudder ailerons, elevators and wing flaps to facilitate recovering (337) Reinstalled wing center section, outboard wing panels and all control surfaces following repair. Removed both main and tail wheel landing gear assemblies. Cleaned assemblies, replaced all seals, inspected brakes, replaced all tires and reinstalled. Removed cleaned and inspected Brake Master Cylinders. Replaced all seals and reinstalled. Removed and replaced all aluminum tubing throughout the he aircraft. Removed and replaced all aircraft control cables, guides, fairleads and pulleys and tensioned to appropriate value., Installed two new Concorde RG25 batteries. Replaced call engine and flight instruments with overhauled units. Installed Hour meter and oil pressure switch, Hour meter indicates 0 hours. Cleaned, stripped and repainted the aircraft using Stitts Poly Tone paint. Aircraft lubricated throughout. Complied with AD 49-07-03 by installation of placard. Complied with AD 49-27-01 be installation of new fuel selector support bracket. Elevator Tubes modified as specified in TC Spec A-2-571.

All electrical wiring, cable ends, cable ties and fairleads were removed and replaced with new AN Milspec wire and electrical equipment. The aircraft electrical system was changed from 12 volt to 24 Volts. The electrical systems are the same in design. The Battery, Generator, Starter, Ignition Induction Vibrator and Light Bults were the only electrical units that required replacement. All wire sizers were in accordance with AAF Technical Order 01-50BB-2. New fairleads, ties and cable ends were installed. All wiring was accomplished in accordance with the aircraft wiring diagram and meets the requirements and standards. System was operationally checked satisfactory.
