It is important to note that a higher salary is not always a viable solution to attract and retain top talent. Other factors such as providing paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as offering perks like remote work, flexible schedules, unlimited paid time off, paid family leave, education or tuition reimbursement, and even four-day work weeks, can increase the appeal to potential candidates and retention of current employees.?
