Payroll Award Interpretation Rostering Time & Attendance in the one package
Payroll Award Interpretation from Timesheets required for the Professional Services Award employees from September 2023.
The need for integrated Timekeeping to Payroll for employees gathers momentum for many salaried employees. Previously most of these employees were paid a fixed salary no matter how many hours and those times they worked.
If over a thirteen-week period, the employee’s salary is not greater than 25 % of the appropriate award level, these conditions need to be Award Interpreted and paid. Inzenius automates this calculation by summing the hours worked over the thirteen weeks and applying the overtime loading automatically.
To simplify the process, employees in the office or at remote sites Timekeeping records are captured using their mobile device captured clock in/out with GPS locating. These records are presented to their manager for their timesheet authorisation. The payroll automatically applies the employee's Award Conditions to these times worked, including the averaging over the 13 weeks
Inzenius remote timekeeping with automated Payroll Award Interpretation simplifies the compliance to this process. ?#ThatsInzenius
We have already seen these types of changes for Salaried Employees in the HIGA, and Restaurant awards.
The need for full Award Interpretation from the employee timesheet is a must.?
