The Caesars Superdome game day home of the New Orleans Saints and site of countless premier events, has been the heartbeat of the City of New Orleans for?five?decades. When the world-renowned venue needed restructuring and amenities to bring it into the 21st century, Legends was called on to manage the team responsible for bringing its luster back to the Crescent City. VISION

It was determined that the Caesars Superdome required a multi-phase, multi-year renovation project to build on previous improvements and lay the foundation for the future. The main requirements: improve the guest experience with modern features while maintaining the building’s charming architectural characteristics.

STRATEGY

Legends’ Project Development team, with Circular Consulting, tapped into local firms and crucial tools to set a multi-year renovation schedule that coordinated around NFL seasons and key event schedules, avoiding interruptions and cancellations plus preserving revenue opportunities.?

RESULTS

-Significant technology improvements with wireless and cellular network upgrades

-More efficient system of escalators, elevators, and stairs

-Three new atriums with impactful lighting and wider concourses

-Reimagined premium?suites on the 300 level sidelines

-Creation of new premium experiences with field level north endzone suites and club

-Relocated and expanded dining and meeting spaces?on club level (200)

-Two 40-yard bars on both sides of the stadium featuring panoramic views of the field

-Massive back-of-house upgrades for revamped food & beverage service

-Accessibility improvements to better serve disabled fans and guests with sensory challenges

-Strategic and notable food & beverage and restroom facilities for Terrace Level fans?
