Sage Law Group adds Marc H. Graboyes as Of Counsel in its Corporate Transactional Practice

Boulder, Colorado – May 16, 2022 – Sage Law Group is pleased to announce the addition of Marc H. Graboyes as Of Counsel in the firm’s corporate transactional practice. Marc’s practice focuses on the representation of emerging growth companies and the investors that support them with a particular focus on life sciences companies. During his career, Marc has counseled clients from incorporation through their initial public offerings, as well as on their day-to-day existence as public companies.

Marc brings more than 25 years of experience as a senior executive and corporate attorney with public and private biotechnology companies and Am Law 100 law firms, including Cooley and Perkins Coie. Prior to joining Sage Law Group, Marc was co-founder and chief executive officer of Next Frontier Biosciences, one of Colorado’s first cannabis biotech companies, where he managed the company’s day-to-day operations and was responsible for the company’s fundraising and corporate development efforts. Before that, Marc served as senior vice president and general counsel of Allos Therapeutics, a publicly traded oncology company with fully integrated drug development and commercial operations. During his time at Allos, the Company developed and obtained FDA approval for the first drug approved for the treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphoma and built a 50-person commercial sales organization from scratch. These roles, combined with Marc’s prior experience as a corporate and securities attorney, allow Marc to provide clients with outstanding legal counsel informed by a deep understanding of their businesses, risk tolerance and key success factors.
