1 Kings 3:11
So God said to him, “Since you have asked for this and not for long life or wealth for yourself, nor have asked for the death of your enemies but for discernment in administering justice,
Approximately one year ago, I sought supportive insights from my friend, which reflected his wisdom regarding leadership in my youth activities. He expressed genuine surprise at the success of my administration, which he believed was unexpected. He provided me with guidance aimed at enhancing my leadership capabilities, suggesting that my efforts must meet a certain standard to achieve excellence. Thanks to his encouraging words, I have gained further knowledge in the field of supervision. I am grateful to God for sending such wisdom through my friend, Jojit, who is my classmate at Fabella and a recognized professional in his field.
In the biblical narrative, the Lord communicates with the king through his dream, imparting insights related to his aspirations, strategies, and governance. Due to the king's youth and lack of experience, he expresses a desire for a discerning leader to govern the Lord's people, to adequately represent both their interests and adversities. Our God takes immense joy in recognizing these desires, as they reflect a quest for justice and understanding.
There appear to be significant opportunities for a positive perspective within our administration, fostering a career through sound judgment and reflection, with a preference for identifying the correct path amidst the numerous challenges obstructing the Lord's design in our professional endeavors. Our God upholds His promises and ensures that external influences do not undermine the destiny that He has designated for us.
Wishing you a good evening, and may you be blessed!
