Many organisations in Europe are now subject to the new NIS2 European Directives.?NIS2 will set the baseline for cybersecurity risk & incident management measures,?reporting obligations across all sectors?that are covered by the directive with important financial penalties in case of non-compliance.
NIS2 won’t apply to the UK directly, but the UK Government is currently reviewing the effectiveness of the 2018 NIS Regulations, which had been introduced to implement the original NIS Directive.
