SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY - SERVICE IS A CLOSE #2

Friends – As you are all aware, Hurricane Irma is currently attacking South Florida and current trajectory projects that it will continue to move in a North-Northwestern direction, potentially with a direct hit on Atlanta where our corporate offices are located.  

My goal today is to share with you the steps we are taking to assure that all team members are safe and there is no interruption in business or the services we are able to provide during this time of uncertainty.

Because we house all processes “in the cloud”, even if computer equipment and telephone systems were to be compromised, we still have the ability to answer your calls, respond to your emails, service our clients, confirm consultants assist with travel and most importantly, assure that consultants continue to receive invoice payments and expense reimbursements in a timely manner. 

For your information, here is what will be happening over the next few days:

• Cathy Bordelon and Christine Murphy-Ortiz will be temporarily relocating to a location WEST of the projected hurricane cone.  
• The Executive Team will be temporarily relocating to an area NORTH of the projected hurricane cone.
• The Core Team will remain in Atlanta and function from either the Office or Homes as safety and connectivity allow.

Here is what this means to YOU:

• Cathy Bordelon will continue to be your Primary Contact for any questions related to Assignments. CELL: 601.916.1201
• Rhea Rasmussen will assist with Travel Booking and/or Disruptions.  In the event Rhea’s communication ability is compromised, Cathy Bordelon has direct access to all Travel Systems and will assist. CELL: 678.816.0701
• Christine Murphy-Ortiz will assure that all Consultant Payments and Cash Related Transfers continue as scheduled. CELL: 470.522.8282

Many of you are in areas that may be affected by this horrific storm. Your safety is our priority.  Please follow all Evacuation and Safety Advisories issued by Local Authorities. Once the storm as passed and you are safe, please communicate your location, status and availability to Cathy so we may assure that all assignments are covered.
