Safety is no small matter

Passion in June, the sun is brilliant, life is just like this flying firefly like beauty! "Safety production month" activity has been fully launched in the company. For us GEHM, safety is life, safety is efficiency, safety is the top priority of all work! Only if there is no mistake in safety production, can our enterprise strive for better results!

There is no trivial matter in safety. Example 1: on June 5th, the second leader of the press found that the panel and accessories of the employees were not placed flat and upright according to the requirements after the mold was disassembled by the 315 press, and it was easy to slide down and hurt people. The team leader corrected the staff immediately after finding out (at the same time, the case trained everyone and standardized the placement of accessories). Example 2: on June 9, the warehouse keeper was forced to eat in the Department restaurant and found that the plastic box and glass were placed on the microwave oven Glass bottle, she thought it was too dangerous and easy to cause explosion. She immediately reminded her colleagues and took the initiative to clean up the plastic box and glass bottle. This vivid example can be found everywhere in the blade manufacturing department.

It is not easy to achieve this goal. We must master the magic weapons of safety work procedures, technical operation procedures and enterprise discipline regulations. We must also have four hearts:

One is concentration: to learn a line, to be specific, to love a line. "When you come, you will fight; if you fight, you will win." you can't "live in Cao Ying and heart in Han". When you work, you should concentrate on your work and don't think about things other than work;

Second, carefulness: no matter what you've been doing for a long time or for the first time, you can't be careless. Careless branches are natural enemies of safe production.

Third, modesty: "modesty makes people progress, pride makes people lag behind". Quite a number of safety accidents on the scene are due to some adventurers who are too bold, have little knowledge, pretend to understand, ignore the consequences, take it for granted, and take risks recklessly. Either they are afraid of losing face or being shy of asking for advice, or they are self righteous and look down on others.

The fourth is the sense of responsibility: we should establish the professional spirit of "enterprises prosper, enterprises decline and shame". Based on the post, love the job, do not violate the rules and regulations, in the work of safety production, we should be strict, meticulous and practical. In addition to these, it is very important to seriously study the business, constantly improve the technical level and comprehensive quality of oneself through the actual work at ordinary times, and improve the actual operation ability and the ability to deal with accidents. Only in this way can we achieve real safety in production and create more value for enterprises.

Therefore, "safety pays attention to details, details to ensure safety", safety production must always be people-oriented, from the human factor to put an end to all safety accidents.
