Coming from an entrepreneurial background in the automotive sector and from a strongly specialized area like the Piedmont region, the Scaravelli family took on a significant challenge in the early '80s by acquiring ReeR, a company operating in the field of electronics and optoelectronics – a vastly different sector, highly specialized, technologically advanced, and regulated by stringent safety standards.

This challenge was overcome and continues to yield great results, thanks to acquired managerial skills, strategic foresight, active presence in the company, collaboration with employees, and significant investments in Research and Development.

The interview illustrates how the Italian market, due to high competitiveness and a variety of industrial applications, plays a central role in the technological growth of the company and the international competitiveness of ReeR's products.
