Safety matters!

It is occasionally important to refresh basic skills and knowledge base in order to feel the importance of our Mission – to ensure the quality and functional condition of safety and fire-fighting equipment for Maritime Industry.

In our everyday operations we are frequently facing cases when equipment we land from vessels for maintenance should be repaired or even condemned due to poor condition. Time to time we hear objections from side of our Valued Customers when they get information about additional expenses to be charged for spares replacement/ labor or new equipment delivery instead of the defected devices. We at Garant Group completely understand that it is very difficult for Vessel Managers to anticipate such unbudgeted expenses. At the same time let us imagine what happens if equipment on board of any of yr Ladies malfunctions when it is so needed in case of fire or any other emergency? What happens if yr Crew has to abandon the ship somewhere in cold waters while, for instance, zipping of the immersion suits are defected and survival suits are leaking?

Everyday routine sometimes make us forget that there are human lives behind every DIGIT we see on papers. We are constantly under pressure by budgets, Management, Shareholders but there should never be a compromise to Safety.

Safety matters!
