Safety at its best !

I spent a few days at our plants in Singapore and Melaka, Malaysia. It was great to see the strong lean approach in both plants, with the Orbeya Room for implementing the business plan and the Value Stream Mapping process to reduce lead times. And safety is always a top priority, and there is a good reason why the Singapore plant won the global safety award this year.
