A risk assessment is required for many new machines in many countries.  A risk assessment is a good idea elsewhere.  The process begins by identifying all of the specific risks on a machine.  Each specific risk is graded by probability and severity.  The overall risk on a machine or plant is the sum of the products of probability and severity.  We offer many common risks here as a starter set as a first step in your risk assessment process.
