Safety Awareness Campaign & Training

DAY 1 - 24/11/2018 - It was a cool morning, alarm was sounded and all the workers within Al Manaseer Roundabout (Zone 6) marched to the campaign point and then filed out in lines.

All looked happy and full of enthusiast to listen and learn, since is all about their life safety and wellness.

And the slogan roared in - SAFETYyyyyyyyy..... and my workers do not let me down as they as well chorused - FIRSTtttttttt and the equation was balanced -SAFETY FIRST.

And the campaign sub-theme were trashed one after the other to the understanding of the entire audience, more especially we go bilingual (English and Hindi).

The paramount need to work with all needed cautions to protect all existing underground utilities by following the developed and implemented safety procedures was explained in details. As a red field, the major challenge here is the heavy presence of existing underground utilities ranging from all types cables (LV, MV and EHV) to fibre optics and water lines (sweet, tse and irrigation). No more cable damages. No more accident.

Food Safety - Workers were reminded of "No food in Plastic Bag Policy but the use of Food Tiffin and keep in the food storage shelves in the rest shelters across the site but not hanging around. Hygiene was not left out, washing and keeping of the food utensils in clean condition alway was emphasized.
