Managing allegations of child abuse: A Protocol for international schools

International schools face unique safeguarding and child protection challenges. Serving diverse communities from varying cultural, legal?and societal contexts, schools must address complex issues to ensure student safety and wellbeing. Recognising this need, the International Taskforce on Child Protection (ITFCP) collaborated with Farrer & Co to update a framework for 'Managing Allegations of Child Abuse' for educators. This protocol equips school leaders with critical guidance for handling allegations involving current or former staff members.
