Safe operation of rotary drum concrete mixer
1. Only those who have passed the examination (assessment) and hold an operation certificate are allowed to operate, and the operator must comply with the relevant safety and shift shift system.
2. Check whether the clutch, brake, protective device, wire rope, track, and roller are in good condition before work.
3. Where the machine is parked, the ground should be solid and flat, and the bottom of the hopper foundation pit should be covered with grass bags or soft buffers, and rain-proof or heat-preserving sheds should be built according to the season. The rollers should be stabilized with brackets or feet, and tires are prohibited to support instead of supporting feet.
4. After the inspection is qualified, perform a test run for 2 to 3 minutes. Only if the mixing drum rotates smoothly without jumping, deviation, or abnormal noise, it works normally, and the hopper is flexible up and down, then the machine can be used into working.
5. When the feeding hopper is raised, it is strictly forbidden to pass or stay under the hopper. The hopper shall be fixed well during the process of cleaning. The hopper shall be descended in a low speed and before it got to the bottom, the hopper shall stop for a while at a place close to the ground.
6. When there is a sudden power failure during work, the concrete mortar in the mixing drum should be cleaned by human power. It is strictly forbidden to start the mixer at full load.
7. When you need to enter the mixing drum for cleaning, the switch fuse must be removed and the lock box must be locked. When connecting to the power supply, pay attention to the direction of the mixing drum and the direction of the arrow on the drum.
8. After stopping work, use water and stones to pour into the cylinder and rotate for cleaning, and then perform routine maintenance.
9. After the concrete mixer finished its job, the hopper should be dropped into the foundation pit. If it has to be raised, it must be fixed firmly.
