Headed to Kenya for your safari? You’ll probably be landing at Jomo Kenyatta Airport in Nairobi and we will be there to welcome you. Our new airport kiosk is called Safari Gateway because it’s your portal to safari adventures throughout East Africa.

At the kiosk, we can handle any last-minute safari needs or questions, create additions to your safari adventure or book an entirely new safari.

Whatever the issue, request, or concern we can provide you with smart solutions just minutes after you arrive in Kenya.

Now You’re Our Guest

At our new kiosk, Safari Gateway, we’ll treat you like the guest you are. We realize you’re in a new country, far from home, and embarking on perhaps your most exotic adventure yet. Relax. It’s our job to make sure you’re comfortable and to address any stresses you may be feeling.

Concerned about your schedule, your baggage, your hotel, exchanging currency… lunch? We’re here to make sure your vacation remains a vacation.

If you’ve got excess baggage, we’ll store it. Missing bags? We’re on it. We can arrange transportation to your hotel and provide information on the best spots with the best rates for exchanging your currency for Kenyan shillings.

We’re also pretty great with Nairobi directions and wonderful places to eat around town. If you desire, we’ll arrange for a day or evening tour of our busy capital city, catching all the hot spots for nightlife and cool places to find wildlife right here in town. Like Nairobi National Park, the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, and The Giraffe Centre.
