The Sacrificial Lamb

The Sacrificial Lamb

"But we see Jesus, who was?made?a little?lower?than?the?angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man." - Hebrews 2:9

The Feast of UnLeavened Bread ends Tuesday April 30th. at sundown. Eating unleavened bread represents the flesh of Jesus and drinking the wine is symbolic of his blood. "Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you." - John 6:53

Cleansed from sin are God's obedient children who participated during the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Now begin again with a clean slate living a life guilt free from those past sins you covered up. Where do you go from here? Out into the world with a changed mind and heart. Let the way you walk and talk represent the Christ in you. Sin no more but if you slip immediately repent! God is merciful to forgive.

"For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus." - Galatians 3:26, 28

Would you sacrifice your life for one another? Would you suffer pain, affliction and death like Jesus did for strangers? What about your mother, father, sister or brother? Jesus was crucified, tormented and persecuted for all of our sins. All have sinned intentionally or not and fallen short of God's glory. Unworthy are we of his mercy and grace which is a free gift. We never worked for it ... never earned it ... we don't deserve it.

As we go about our daily lives, let us never ... ever forget Jesus Christ sacrifice. He died so you could live. The Lamb of God who taketh away the sins of the world. His name shall be called?Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The Prince of Peace. Let NOT Jesus death be in vain!

"But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his?stripes?we are healed." - Isaiah 53:5
