Along my journey of self discovery and enlightenment I have had the support of some great people including my therapists, coaches, friends and colleagues. This has helped me in both my personal and professional life.

The power of connection and support can be the difference between your rising success and your downward fall. Trying to do it alone isn't as exciting or successful.

I'll tell you why. You get lonely, disheartened, impatient and downright miserable. This journey can be very exciting but on the flip side it can also be very scary. Having to look within and face our fears is no easy task. And this is what can put people off. However, if you are in a sharing space you get encouraged, supported, celebrated and loved. We are social beings and no man is an island. We need a sense of belonging.
