Sack Professors, Defund Colleges and Expel Students Contravening the Constitution
US colleges have become a hot-bed of extremism – extremism in all forms; from down-grading students who present papers containing objectively assessed and balanced content contrary to the agenda of hard Left extremism, to bullying, violently disrupting and/or physically attacking individual or assemblies of students promoting those views.
?The most visible tip of this monstrous denial of 1st Amendment Constitutional Rights is the violent attack on individual and gatherings of college students on campus promoting and conducting lectures to hear highly informed and experienced speakers, from organizations like Daily Wire, Turning Point USA and Young Americans for Freedom. YouTube presents hours of content of lectures of Matt Walsh, Charlie Kirk, Ben Shapiro, Candace Owens and Michael Knowles in which this behavior by all classes of offenders is evident.
?Far more insidious and damaging, is the practice of colleges down-grading students’ entrance and examination/assessment papers because they do not conform to the hard Left-leaning agenda of Admissions Boards or Professors. ??
?This abuse of power is unconstitutional in many ways. More importantly, it corrupts the understanding and belief of our young people in the Constitution. It creates and imbeds in their minds, informing their lifelong decisions, a very cynical approach to government at all levels. It undermines their expectation of being treated fairly by government without having a ‘hook’ into the Establishment, be they conservative or Left-leaning. ??
?The administrations of those colleges which include the elite like Berkley and Cornell, are effectively endorsing this behavior in their refusal to stop, let alone sanction it.
?It is inconceivable that students and their parents place themselves in deep, long term financial hardship to suffer such extraordinary abuse to receive a ‘qualification’, which for most, is of rapidly diminishing value.

?It must be stopped.
?The most cost effective way to stop it, is to sack/expel and/or defund the offenders, be they professors, administrators, students or the colleges. Offending professors, administrators and colleges should also be ‘blacklisted’, for a period of not less than 2 years, after which they may apply to be removed from the blacklist.
?Federal and participating State Governments should pass legislation empowering plaintiffs to lodge a complaint with a Department to be created within Homeland Security or State Police Depts to be determined in Federal or State Courts. ?
