"My journey with Sabre began 11 years ago, shortly after graduating high school and completing a two-year trade program in welding. I started as a welder but quickly transitioned into fitting within just five months. After gaining experience fitting poles, I shifted to the night shift and moved to the arm shop, learning to fit arms, despite the learning curve, Sabre’s supportive environment enabled me to develop lifelong skills. Within a year and a half, I advanced to my first leadman role, I then landed another lead role that was short lived and resumed fitting arms in bay 6 in 2018. During this period, I began reflecting on my future. While I excelled in welding and fitting, I felt a deep desire for new challenges and greater growth. Recognizing this, I enrolled at Western Governors University in July 2023. Sabre’s flexibility allowed me to adjust my schedule to focus on my studies—an example of the company’s commitment to fostering employee growth. In August 2023, I seized the opportunity to apply for an IT position. I was fortunate to be offered the role, marking a pivotal shift in my career. The dynamic and supportive environment here promotes continuous learning and professional development. The company’s culture of internal mobility means that what you start as is not where you must stay, and I’ve witnessed many colleagues successfully navigate their own career transitions" -CL

"My journey at Sabre started in 2010. I am a developer with both front and back end experience, web site, desktop and server applications.? Some of the languages I have written include Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript, Cold Fusion, among others.? My I.T. career started in 1996 and I am forever learning, keeping abreast of the latest technologies and if applicable put them to use. I have been heavily involved since joining Sabre with assisting the Engineering, Drafting, and ERP departments programming needs"- BH

Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with an amazing team and many others from different Sabre sites. I am grateful for the opportunity that was given to me.
