Matthew Noel ?is a seasoned litigator with a successful track record whose practice at the firm primarily focuses on employment litigation.? Matthew oversees strategy from prelitigation in responding to demand letters and conducting initial investigations through trial or arbitration for all types of employment litigation, including race, national origin, age, marital status, sex, medical leave, disability discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and wage and hour cases.
