Last week marked an incredible milestone for Rwanda Mountain Tea, as we proudly took home multiple awards at the prestigious Africa Tea Convention and Exhibition . This recognition highlights our unwavering commitment to excellence and the dedication of our entire team.

These accolades not only reaffirm our position as a leader in the global tea industry but also celebrate the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our tea. Each award represents the hard work, passion, and innovation that goes into producing the finest teas from Rwanda. We are immensely proud of this achievement and grateful to our partners, farmers, and the entire Rwanda Mountain Tea family for their continuous efforts. As we look toward the future, we remain committed to raising the standard of Rwandan tea and continuing to provide the world with premium products that showcase the richness of our land.
Few days before, we had the privilege of connecting with international partners in UK, exploring and strengthening relationships that will help shape the future of Rwanda Mountain Tea. We also had a brief but meaningful conversation with Ambassador Johnston Busingye about expanding access to our tea for Rwandans and other Africans across Europe. We are excited about the opportunities ahead as we continue to elevate the standards of tea production and innovation.

5 个月Congratulations RMT for the awards, premiumization is what will give tea producers an edge over other beverages in this crowded sector. Beyond production more needs to be done to make these quality teas not only accessible but also affordable to local consumers by reducing the high taxes being levied on packing machines and quality paper.
