Rut? What rut?
?I recently invited a prospective client out to one of our venues for a tour. As the usual venue tour would go, we walked about the venue discussing seat locations and VIP Benefits. Next came a few questions from me, a "Needs Analysis" of sorts. I asked about their Client Entertainment habits, Employee Reward Programs, and Company Outings. The prospective client said "well you know, we have been doing the same ol' thing for the last 10 years."
I chimed in with, "Sounds like your in a rut."
Client- "Rut? What rut?"
Me- "Well, for 10 years you have been doing the same ol' thing. Getting the same ol' results."
Now I have their attention! This happens a lot actually. I meet with prospects. We chat about what they do, what they want to do, what solutions may solve their problems, and how we can work together. And many times the prospect is comfortable doing what they have always done! How do we take these comfortable folks out of their comfort zone? My answer- being somewhat bold and calling them out on it. You are in a rut! Let's get you out of that rut!
If you are in a "rut" we should chat. [email protected]
