RUST & THE REST

The Pandemic has taught us another lesson. Vizag woke up to see a horrible day the date is 7th May 2020 let me call it 7/5 an Industrial Disaster that can now be linked to outage and the rust has killed the rest. The system failed- no preparedness, no proclamations except to find their folks chocking to death an example that calls for corrections in line with conditions in the license and preparedness . The safety of compressed gas is in place...Ok... all measures are duly approved ....OK ..How did this happen...I dont konw.. who is responsible... the authority who has approved it, Have you followed the SOP's ... This would be perhaps the judicial scrutiny clubbed with the Public liability insurance (PLI) what next.... ooh yes a criminal case.....

The Rust to me is the outage lets fix this. This is where the authority fails to mention in the license that once there is an outage the compliance of Standard operating procedures and the critical failure points are to be inspected and approval to run the plant shall be the responsibility of the Licensing authority. The information exchange during the transition should be adhered to and what should it specify .....To me the discussion has not ended... because the team now has to face the wrath
