Russian Investors Purchase 2000 Biscayne Blvd for Condo Tower Development
Russia-based Verzasca Group, who launched in Miami earlier this year, purchased 0.75 acre at 2000 Biscayne Blvd in Miami for $18 million. The group reportedly hopes to develop a 60-story condominium tower on the property, which is currently improved by 15,000 square feet of retail built in 1938. A contract was signed to transfer a number of condominium units to seller Christian Parth of Parinvest Real Estate after construction.
2000 Biscayne Blvd is located north of the Biscayne Blvd & MacArthur Cswy intersection, just a short distance from the beachfront Margaret Pace Park.
