Russia Ukraine war: a brief of important incidence and finally conclusion
?
THE INVASION ON UKRAINE BY RUSSIA
?
The chronological important incident occurred after the full fledge war between Russia and Ukraine
The world has been stumped after the rapid advance of the Russo-Ukrainian War started in 2014, and culminated in the full war on ?24 February 2022,?as Russia invaded Ukraine. The implication has been too severe which can be termed as horrible and terrible. It has caused Europe's?most ever refugee crisis since World War II comprising a?gigantic 8 million Ukrainian refugees and above all one-third of?the country's population displaced and?in the form of collateral damage, acute food shortage(may result in starvation in African countries), the rise of energy prices, global uncertainty and distrust, sanction on Russia by several organizations and countries, and various other distortion in the global economy. To date, Putin is shown as a cruel villain and Zelensky as a true patriot.
In 2014 also, Russia annexed Crimea, and?Russian -backed separatists?grabbed part of the?Donbas?region of south-eastern Ukraine, consisting of?Luhansk?and?Donetsk oblasts, sparking?a probability of a regional War.?In 2021, Russia began?a huge military base?along its border with Ukraine, the build-up to 190,000 troops and their equipment. Just before the invasion, Russian president?Putin?championed?irredentist?views,?challenged Ukraine's?right to statehood,?and falsely?claimed Ukraine was governed by?neo-Nazis?who persecuted the?ethnic Russian minority. Before the invasion, on ?21 February 2022,?Russia recognized?the?Donetsk People's Republic?and the?Luhansk People's Republic, two self-proclaimed breakaway?statelets?in Donbas. On 22.02.2022, the?Federation Council of Russia?authorized the use of military force, and Russian troops overtly entered both territories.
I have not come across any efforts by any countries that promised to support Ukraine. Since there was no condemnation from any country openly to avoid war, the invasion began on the morning of 24 February,?when Putin?declared?a "special military operation" to "demilitarize?and?DE nazify" Ukraine. Within a couple of minutes, ?missiles and?airstrikes?hit across Ukraine, including the capital?Kyiv. A large ground invasion followed from multiple directions.?Ukrainian President?Zelensky?enacted?martial law?and a?general mobilization?of all-male Ukrainian citizens between 18 and 60, who were banned from leaving the country.?After the invasion, all countries condemned Putin's barbaric action. But I could not see any logic before the invasion what was the reason for condemnation? Was Putin's action of not giving Ukrainian statehood status an act of a dictator who can not recognize the sovereignty of a country? ?
?The United Nations General Assembly passed?a resolution condemning?the invasion and demanding a full withdrawal of Russian forces.?The?International Court of Justice?ordered Russia to suspend military operations and the?Council of Europe?expelled Russia. Many countries imposed sanctions?on Russia, which affected severely the economies of Russia and the world,?and provided?humanitarian and military aid to Ukraine.?Though the protests happened across the globe, which happened in Russia led to the mass-scale arrests and strict censorship of media,??including a ban on the words "war" and "invasion". To put further pressure, The International Criminal Court at the behest of opposing powerful countries, initiated an investigation into crimes against humanity in Ukraine in 2013, as well as?war crimes in the 2022 invasion. Whatever the judgment will pronounce, they have no mechanism to implement. Further, it will be put in dock why did till date not initiate the same at that time? It is evident that the judgment will be passed ex-party. Do such judgments termed ethical and impartial?
These calculations are based on the analysis of several thousands of public notifications from Ukrainian citizens, the government, and local authorities about losses and damages throughout the country, as well as indirect assessment methods such as calculating the estimated area of the war-damaged property in the most affected cities. The methodology also includes the World Bank’s experience in analyzing losses in Syria and Iraq, as well as the recommendations of the leading Ukrainian investment company Dragon Capital.
Indirect methods of estimating the value of destroyed residential real estate have been used due to the lack of regular public updates on the total number of destroyed and damaged dwellings, in particular by region and the number of private / apartment buildings. Also, the assessment of the value of damaged and destroyed housing now also includes the assessment of the need for expenditures for the dismantling of destroyed buildings and repairs in the buildings to be built. The valuation of the assets of enterprises no longer takes into account depreciation and added work in progress and inventories.
The Russian invasion of Ukraine has now carried more than 130 days with a humanitarian crisis hitting pockets of the embattled nation. As Russian tanks and trucks rumbled close to their village, a Ukrainian teenager and his father stealthily launched their small drone into the air. Working as a team, they took bird’s-eye photos of the armored column?moving toward Kyiv?and pinpointed its coordinates, swiftly messaging the precious information to the Ukrainian military. Within minutes, artillery batteries rained shells down on the invading forces, with deadly effect. Andriy Pokrasa, 15, and his dad, Stanislav, are being hailed in Ukraine for their volunteer aerial reconnaissance work in the early days of the invasion when Russian troops barreling in from the north made?an ultimately failed attempt?to take the capital and bring the country to its knees.

According to The Kyiv Independent, the first leg of the investigations will last?until June 16. Earlier today, a UN delegation?landed in Ukraine?to identify suspects, collect evidence and prepare materials "so that no one can escape punishment". The UK's Intelligence reports have claimed that Russia is planning to deploy reserved battalions. Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has been awarded the?Boris Nemtsov Prize 2022 for his courage and leadership during the ongoing Russian war. According to the Ukrainian media house Ukrinform, Zelenskyy beat?Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, leader of the Okean Elzy band Sviatoslav Vakarchuk, founder of a unit of combat volunteer medics Yuliia Paievska (Taira), presidential adviser Oleksiy Arestovych, and others to win the prize.

?The Russian Federation is trying to repeat the Holodomor famine in Ukraine, head of the country’s Presidential Office Andriy Yermak said as Russians continued their invasion?of Ukraine with "outdated" weapons. In a statement shared on Telegram,?Yermak?asserted that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s troops were shelling agricultural lands in an attempt to annihilate the harvest. Notably, Volodymyr Zelenskyy has many times highlighted that invaders were deliberately destroying crops and agricultural equipment.
?A day after US President?Joe Biden blamed Russia for unprecedented inflation?in the United States,?Russian First Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyanskiy held?POTUS responsible?for skyrocketing prices of commodities in his country and said, "Looks like President Putin is governing the US as well." Notably, the prices of gas, food, and most other goods and services surged in May, rising inflation to a new four-decade high.?On Friday, the US President again blamed the?Russian invasion of Ukraine for rising inflation?in the US and Europe.?? Der Spiegel reported, citing government sources, that Germany warned Spain that it “would constitute a departure” from the alleged informal decision by the West not to provide Western tanks to Ukraine.
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on Saturday reestablished communication lines with Europe's largest nuclear plant in Europe, Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine's state energy regulator Energoatom said in a statement.??"Communication between the ZNPP servers, which were monitoring nuclear materials, and the IAEA has been reestablished," the company said in a message on its Telegram channel. Notably, the operation of radioactive material data transfer systems was deactivated on May 30 after mobile operator Vodafone suspended services in Energodar city following the Russian takeover.??

"UAarmy defends freedom on Earth so that it can be established on Mars as well," they added as thousands of terminals are actively involved in determining and destroying Russian targets.
?As the Russian war continued in East Europe, China reiterated its support for dialogue between Moscow and Kyiv. However, addressing the Shangri-La Dialogue security forum in Singapore, Chinese Foreign Minister Wei Fenghe stressed that Beijing did not believe sanctions were appropriate measures to push back Russia, instead, it could contribute to worsening the situation.?"A conflict or a war is the last thing that China would want to see in Ukraine. At the same time, we do not believe that maximum pressure or sanctions can solve the problem. It may cause even more tensions and make the problem even worse," Fenghe said in his?speech,?as quoted by TASS News Agency.
'Government Representative of Ukraine to the UN Serhiy Kyslytsya warned Russian President Vladimir Putin of biblical consequences for the brutal war he waged in Ukraine. Addressing a mass at?St. Patrick's Cathedral, New York, Kyslytsya stated: "Neither power, nor the army, nor wealth will save any Putin and his wicked allies from the wrath of God.?(They) can put on heavy golden crosses and walk in a circle with shamans and hummingbirds… But war criminals go straight to hell." Earlier, the European Union?agreed to put Ukraine on a path toward EU membership, acting with uncharacteristic speed and unity to pull the embattled country further away from Russia’s influence and bind it more closely to the West. Meeting at a summit in Brussels, leaders of the EU’s 27 nations mustered the required unanimous approval to grant Ukraine candidate status. That sets in motion a membership process that could take years or even decades. The Russian military controls about 95% of Luhansk province and about half of neighboring Donetsk province, the two areas that make up the Donbas.
The United States will send another $450 million in military aid to Ukraine, including some additional medium-range rocket systems, to help push back Russian progress in the war. The latest package includes four High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems, or HIMARS, which will double the number they have now. All four were prepositioned in Europe, and training on those systems has already begun with the Ukrainian troops who will use them, said Marine Corps Lt. Col. Anton Semelroth, a Pentagon spokesman. The first four HIMARS that the U.S. previously sent have already gone to the battlefield in Ukraine and are in the hands of troops there.?The Russian military extended its grip on territory in eastern Ukraine as it seeks to cut supply lines and encircle frontline Ukrainian forces, while the Ukrainian military announced Thursday the arrival of powerful U.S. multiple-launch rocket systems it hopes will offer a battlefield advantage. Finland and Sweden joining NATO would put Russia in a difficult military position in the Baltic Sea, top US General Mark Milley said in Stockholm before a military exercise.
NATO condemns in the strongest possible terms Russia's brutal and unprovoked war against Ukraine - which is an independent, peaceful, and democratic country, and a close NATO partner. The Alliance calls on President Putin to stop this war immediately, withdraw all his forces from Ukraine, and engage in genuine diplomacy. A sovereign, independent and stable Ukraine, firmly committed to democracy and the rule of law, is key to Euro-Atlantic security. Relations between NATO and Ukraine date back to the early 1990s and have since developed into one of the most substantial of NATO’s partnerships. Since 2014, in the wake of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, cooperation has been intensified in critical areas.
Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addresses G7 leaders via video link during their working session at Castle Elmau in Kruen, Germany, on Monday, June 27, 2022. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has?urged G7 leaders "to do everything possible" to end the war in his country by the end of the year, G7 sources said. Addressing their summit in Bavaria by video link, Ukraine's leader appealed directly to the leaders for more help for his country, and for?"intensified sanctions"?against Russia.?He also stressed?the importance of "not lowering the pressure and continuing to sanction Russia massively, heavily". It came as G7 leaders pledged to continue to support Ukraine in the long term. The West has already adopted several packages of measures since the start of the Russian offensive on Ukraine on 24 February. During his speech, the Ukrainian president "spoke of the harshness of winter" in Ukraine "where it is more difficult to fight"."At the end of the year, we will enter a situation where positions will be frozen," the sources said. According to a European official quoted by Reuters, Zelenskyy also called for anti-aircraft defense systems, security guarantees, as well as?help to export grain from Ukraine, and reconstruction aid.
G7 support for Ukraine 'as long as needed'
The G7 leaders pledged on Monday to "continue to provide financial, humanitarian, military and diplomatic support" to Ukraine "for as long as needed", in a joint statement issued at their summit in southern Germany. They also expressed "deep concern" after Russia announced that it might transfer nuclear-capable missiles to Belarus. An agreement is reportedly due to pursue a price cap on Russian oil, raise tariffs on Russian goods and impose new sanctions on hundreds of officials and entities supporting the war.US President Joe Biden is expected to announce that Washington is providing an advanced surface-to-air missile system to Ukraine, as well as additional artillery support. The Ukrainian leader's appeal comes the day after Russian strikes on Kyiv and elsewhere in Ukraine, denounced by Biden as acts of "barbarism".
"The G7 leaders (...) have enough joint potential to stop Russian aggression," Zelenskyy said in an earlier video message to his nation on Sunday evening.?"But this will only be possible when we get everything we ask for and in the necessary timeframe: arms, financial support, and sanctions against Russia." The Russian airstrikes over the weekend?have been interpreted by Ukrainian and Western officials as a message of defiance aimed at the G7 and NATO, ahead of a summit of the military alliance beginning in Madrid on 28.06.2022.?
?The embargo on Russian gold
On the first day of their talks on Sunday at the castle, the seven industrialized countries (Germany, France, the United States, Canada, Japan, Italy, and the United Kingdom) announced that they were broadening the sanctions against Moscow by declaring an embargo on gold newly mined in Russia. This measure will hit "Russian oligarchs directly and attack the heart of Putin's war machine", said British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, while the West has already adopted several salvos of sanctions against Russia.
For German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, host of the Elmau summit, the bombing was another reminder that "it was right to be united and to support Ukraine". Scholz said last week that he wanted to discuss the outlines of a "Marshall Plan" for Ukraine,?referring to the US-sponsored plan that helped revive European economies after World War II. He added that "rebuilding Ukraine will be a task for generations" There have been more calls among the G7 leaders for unity against Russia. Joe Biden said Russian President Vladimir Putin "has been counting on, from the beginning, that somehow NATO and the G7 would splinter, but we haven’t and we’re not going to". Boris Johnson, meanwhile, warned the leaders not to give in to "fatigue".
Meanwhile, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will meet leaders from Finland and Sweden in Madrid on Tuesday to discuss the two countries' NATO applications — which have been blocked by Ankara?— according to Helsinki, This first high-level meeting with Finnish President Sauli Niinist? and Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson will take place in the presence of NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg. Among the most urgent is the food crisis that threatens part of the planet as thousands of tons of grain lie dormant in Ukrainian silos due to the blockade or the occupation of Black Sea ports by the Russians. Boris Johnson is to call on Monday for "urgent action" to revive Ukraine's vital grain exports at a time when poorer countries are on the brink of collapse, Downing Street has said. The serious threat to many emerging countries will also be at the heart of Monday's talks between the heads of state and government and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, as well as the leaders of the five countries invited to Bavaria this year (India, Argentina, Senegal, Indonesia, and South Africa).
India, Senegal, and South Africa abstained from voting on a UN resolution condemning Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Indonesian leader and G20 president Joko Widodo is also due to visit Ukraine and Russia soon to discuss the economic and humanitarian consequences of the Russian invasion. Emerging economies are particularly exposed to the risk of food shortages and the climate crisis, another emergency that the seven leaders are expected to address with their guests. Against a backdrop of Russian gas shortages, environmental NGOs fear that the G7 will backtrack on its commitments to end international funding for fossil fuels.
?CONCLUSION
The conclusion is quite clear if we go through the incidence cycle and proclamation of support, the factual position is as under:
1.??Ukraine is not going to receive military and financial support on war foot mission if done third world war is evident.
2.??To date, Zelensky is a hero, human rights protector, brave and composed, extraordinary combat skill, etc.
3.??Putin is a villain, cruel, barbaric even killing children and many innocent lives. The reason for the mindboggling displacement of Ukrainian as a refugee got shelter in many other countries, mostly Poland.
4.??Since the war is not going to end soon as Ukraine has no weapons to fight bravely without getting support immediately.
5.??Nobody is doing anything to avoid death due to hunger or starvation even in Ukraine and Africa.
6.??The energy prices will hurt the global economy badly and distort it so badly could not repair shortly.
7.??Till Ukraine gets direct weapons to support, Ukraine has to become a mute spectator of loss of lives, properties, etc.
8.??China has already warned intensification of sanctions will not solve the problem. Some countries that got support from the two polar worlds during the cold war do not support Ukraine, which includes India, South Africa, Indonesia, etc. ?????
I just pray to god in this play of politics common man could not face horrible and terrible death either by arms or disease or hunger.
