Russell Scanlan Welcomes Return of Experienced Senior Accounts Handler

We're pleased to welcome back Rob Wood as Senior Accounts Handler after five and a half years working at another insurance business. The appointment comes at a time when we're building new business partnerships and extending our service offerings across all our operating sectors.

Rob re-joins us following more than 33 years of experience working for a variety of clients from small start-ups to big national corporations. His adaptability and experience in managing clients across a variety of sectors positions him well for the role, where he can help strengthen our client relationships while growing the expertise of the team.

My five and a half years away from the firm has allowed me to increase my versatility — particularly on bigger accounts — and develop my skillset when delivering quality for clients.

?As Senior Accounts Handler, my primary role is to liaise daily with our clients, negotiating renewal terms and dealing with challenging enquiries. I’m really looking forward to applying the knowledge I have nurtured throughout my career to strengthen the team and drive the business forward.”
