Today I will be sharing with you real-time stories of my visit to Rural parts of India. Which does not include metros and TIER 1 Locations.
It was 2019, and I was working at an organization called @CFMID led by Darpan Vyas as part of their mission we were counselling students from the interiors of Maharastra.
I remember this particular incident very vividly as just for 1 counselling session this entire family travelled 2 hrs one way.
I was speechless looking at their dedication and commitment towards the upbringing of their children and grandchildren.
In that moment, I felt the importance of being a Career Counselor/Mentor and being there at the right time.
I wonder like me post my 10th standard exams was seeking answers to a lot of questions there must be others who would seek such answers right now for their Career Choices.
It is an injustice on our part to not be able to reach them. I am glad I was there at the right time for this family and could add my bit to their journey.
Let me share another story.
This is from a Village called Bodarli in the Burhanpur district. This child had lost his self-confidence and entirely lost faith in his ability to create and build for himself. Check this small video out on our channel.
This guy as of today is still connected with us and has plans for a better future.
Think about a situation where these students are not aligned with the right mentors.

What if this is happening in the City/village/town you come from?
Is rural India driving growth for India's Economy?
Let's look at some statistics from THIS report. And this made me think
Between 2018-2020, India’s total employed labour force went up from 380.57 million in 2018-19 to 426.75 million in 2019-20. Of this, an additional 46.18 million jobs, as many as 32.72 million or 70.9% were created in agriculture.
The report further states the reasons for this growth in agriculture in Rural India. There are 3 reasons to it.
There were three main reasons for that – a good monsoon (both 2019 and 2020 were surplus rainfall years), farm-related activities being exempted from lockdown restrictions and stepped-up government procurement of produce. There were three main reasons for that – a good monsoon (both 2019 and 2020 were surplus rainfall years), farm-related activities being exempted from lockdown restrictions and stepped-up government procurement of produce.
A lot has been said and done in this regard by a lot of policymakers and economists. But I urge you to ask and do the following.
If you answered yes to any of these, I urge you to apply for this 6 Weeks of FREE #BeTheMentorYouNeverHad program.
We have not kept any entry barrier just because we want to cover all 739 districts across India and create a downline impact across India.
Are you with me in this? Apply NOW.
Love, Jogesh
P.S. If you are reading to this note, which means you are someone who believes in the thought of #MakingIndiaEmployable and #RuralIndiaIsTheRealIndia. I encourage you to do me an introduction to someone who can be part of this mission. Introduce them to this opportunity or write to me directly at [email protected] with their introduction and I will take things forward from there. Thank You.
