Running warped B Flute / HS 100

EFI HS100

We have (2) EFI HS 100's presses one of which has the upgraded auto loader and the other has the standard loader. My challenge is getting warped 66x100 B flute through the machine. I am sure some of you have experienced this before and have some different idea. We have taped the material to the belt, we have scored the material and I have also heard of operators making a jog to lay on the outer perimter of material.

If it's a double side printed piece there's no easy way to get it done unless you use the the MEG system which is usually an upgrade on the Hs125 and Hs100. Best luck I've had is to read your material and print on side that curves downward, print 66 way and leave as much bleed on your material so as to center image on sheet. Purpose is to try and engage as much of the Media bar and vacuum (90%) to hold sheet down. Lastly, raise your carriage height to an acceptable print quality level. Sounds scary but it's fun to successfully get it don. Ps. Don't forget to run your bi-Directional alignment test if you raise you carriage height.
