Running towards the frightening side.
I think what people seem to be most afraid of is uncertainty, walking into oblivion with cold feet and being woefully underprepared for an abrupt change, which is inevitable and over which we have no control. So, how do we deal with such a predicament, when the complete route is obscured by fog and you have no clue which way to proceed.
Well, you take a leap of faith and keep on walking. You act like everything is the way it's supposed to be and just not tremble, even for a second. You keep moving till the fog starts settling and it becomes lucid by day.?
Working in the general run of things in ambiguity is no cakewalk. Even the strongest trees in the forest are not able to lay hold of their ground when a tornado or whirlpool happens. So who are we to get it done right?
At that moment, all you can do is hold your ground. Once you are able to carry through that, then it’s about driving forward to your project no matter how much the environment fluctuates, with a simple credence that no matter how much it has weighed you down, the storm will come to an end, the dust will settle, and you will rise.
Such circumstances may frighten you at first. But once you figure out how to keep going, nothing can stop you from prospering. Every organization goes through a transition period every now and then. You could be the pilot and manoeuvre through uncertainty.?
